The first website relaunch was years ago, the website was outdated and so the managing director Bettina Schnabel asked me to give her company a new and more modern look. My first idea was to redesign the entire website with large lead pictures that put the exclusive ambience of the properties in the foreground.
Each object is unique
Over the last three decades, IRMER has specialised in the extension and renovation of old houses. Primarily from the Wilhelminian period. Most of the properties were rented out as business premises and are listed buildings. It was therefore all the more important to show the detail of the premises, which was solved with a photo slider.
For the first overview of the respective property, the relevant data such as year of construction, size, property condition, etc. were placed directly on the header image. The reader thus learns the essentials without having to search or scroll for a long time. Location and surroundings were realised by displaying a map. And of course, the reader has access to an exposé of vacant premises and a link to Immo Scout24.
